报告题目1：Newton’s Methods for finding a nonnegative solution to the M-Tensor Equation

报告摘要：We present two Newton methods for solving M-tensor equations with nonnegative constant term. One is called inexact Newton method and the other is called exact Newton method. Both methods possess global and quadratic convergence. We also show the numerical performance of those methods.

个人简介：
     李董辉，华南师范大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师，先后访问京都大学，新南威尔士大学，香港理工大学，香港城市大学，台湾成功大学。连续主持国家自然科学基金6项，主持教育部重大项目1项，曾任中国运筹学会常务理事，数学规划分会常务理事，湖南省计算数学暨应用软件学会副理事长，广东省运筹学会副理事长。

报告题目2：Calmness characterizations on PSD composite rank constraint systems and their applications

报告摘要：This work focuses on the calmness of the positive semidefinite (PSD) composite rank constraint system, which is also an equivalent statement on error bounds for this class of constraint set. By leveraging its equivalent reformulation, we derive several criteria respectively involve the coderivative, outer-coderivative, and subdifferentials for verifying the calmness of the associated multifunctions, discuss the relationship among these criteria, and provide a collection of examples to demonstrate that these conditions can be satisfied. Then, we apply the achieved calmness to establishing the global exact penalty for the PSD rank constrained and rank regularized problems.

个人简介：
    潘少华，华南理工大学数学学院教授、博士生导师。现任中国运筹学会理事和中国运筹学会数学规划分会常务理事。研究方向：低秩稀疏优化问题、锥约束优化与互补问题的理论与算法研究。主持国家自科基金和广东省自科基金各2项。在国际重要优化刊物Mathematical Programming, SIAM Journal on Optimization, SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, Computational Optimization and Applications 等杂志发表论文30余篇，2019年荣获广东省自然科学二等奖。
