Abstract: In this talk we give two different sets of necessary and sufficient conditions for the Riemann hypothesis and the generalized Riemann hypothesis for primitive Dirichlet characters from the point of view of genus 0 entire functions. The first criterion is derived by applying the Hausdorff moment problem, whereas the second criterion is obtained by applying the theory of completely monotonic functions.

简介：张瑞明，美国数学博士，加拿大计算机软件资深开发员／设计师，现任桂林电子科技大学数学与计算科学学院教授。硕士和博士均师从于美国数学学会会士、英国皇家物理学会会士、世界著名特殊函数论专家Mourad E.H.Ismail教授(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mourad_Ismail)。主要数学研究领域为正交多项式、特殊函数和渐近分析。截至目前，张瑞明教授先后完成了三项国家自然科学基金面上项目。已在国际学术刊物Advances in Mathematics, International Mathematics Research Notices, Transactions of American Mathematical Society等杂志发表研究论文40多篇，所得结果受到了美国科学院院士Richard Askey教授等本领域国际同行专家们的高度评价。
