报告人简历：
I am an academic staff member with the School of Computer Science and Information
Technology, RMIT University, Melbourne,Australia. Before joining RMIT, I was with Gippsland
School of Computing and Information Technology, Monash University (from1999-2000). And before that, I was with School of Environmental and Information Sciences of Charles
Sturt University for about two years (1997-1999).Before coming to Australia, I was in Christchurch
and Dunedin of New Zealand from 1991 to 1996. During that period, I managed to complete
my Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. And before that,
I lived in Beijing, China.I received a Bachelor of Information Science degree from Xidian University,
Xian, China.
