报告摘要: Analyzing and processing large-scale data sets is becoming ubiquitous in the era of big data. Online learning  has attracted increasing interest in recent years due to its low computational complexity and storage requirements, it has been applied to various learning tasks. In this talk, we will present some results of online learning algorithms in Reproducing Kernel Hilbert space. This talk is based on joint work with  Prof. Lei Shi and Prof. Xin Guo.

报告人简介：郭正初，理学博士，现为浙江大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师，主要研究方向为学习理论与机器学习。2011年于中山大学和香港城市大学取得博士学位，毕业后在香港城市大学和英国埃克塞特大学从事博士后研究工作，于2013年8月加入浙江大学数学科学学院，先后任特聘副研究员，副教授，教授。现主持浙江省杰出青年基金和国家基金面上项目，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目，在Applied and Computational Harmonic Analysis, Journal of Machine Learning Research和Inverse Problems等期刊上发表论文20余篇。
